COMFORTERS: WHAT'S THE BEST FILL FOR YOU?
Down comforters have the most luxurious fill, offering soft, lofty and cloud-like comfort. As a natural insulator, down provides warmth in the winter and breathability in the warmer months. If down fill is not for you, we offer down alternative comforters in a variety of polyester fills that simulate the qualities of down.
Fill types include:- Lofty European white down.
- White goose down.
- Polyester fiberfill for all season comfort.
- Hypoallergenic options in natural and synthetic fill comforters.
- The measure of space in cubic inches that 1 ounce of down will occupy at maximum loft.
- The higher the fill power, the lighter, fluffier and more insulating the comforter.
- We suggest a fill power between 500-650+ cubic inches. In this range, the down is very resilient, retains body heat and provides greater breathability.
- Measured in ounces, so a higher ounce weight means a heavier comforter. Yet, heavy doesn't mean hot.

DUVETS & DUVET COVERS
What is a duvet and what makes it different from a comforter?
- A duvet is a soft, filled blanket (that can sometimes be a comforter) that's meant to be inserted into and protected by a duvet cover.
- What is a duvet cover? It helps prolong the lifespan and appearance of your duvet by protecting it from dust and dirt. It also provides a quick and affordable update to your bedding and is usually machine-washable. It is available in sets to provide a coordinated look with matching shams.
- You might be wondering, what's the best way to put on a duvet cover? Start by turning the duvet cover inside out and laying it flat with the opening towards you. Then, lay the duvet on top in the same direction as the cover. Starting at the side opposite from the opening, roll the duvet and cover together towards the opening. Once you've reached the edge, invert the opening around the both sides of the roll and zip up or button up to close the opening. Unroll the duvet cover with the duvet inside until flat, and fluff it as a finishing touch.

QUILTS & BEDSPREADS
Lighten up! These types of bedding are lighter alternative layers when a comforter is too heavy. They're usually comprised of two stitched woven outer layers and a batting fill for a comfy look and soft feel.

BLANKETS & THROWS
Looking for an extra layer of warmth? Blankets range in sizes from twin to king and are available in various fabrics and fills. They are thicker than a flat sheet, but thinner than a comforter. Throws are "one size fits all" and make perfect decorative bedding toppers, so grab one and get wrapped up!
