WHAT'S THE BEST FILL FOR YOU?

- Down Pillows: The most luxurious fill, offering soft, lofty and cloud-like comfort for your head and neck. It holds its shape with a little fluff.
- Down & Feather Pillows: These blends provide increased firmness and support.
- Down Alternative Pillows: If down fill is not for you, we offer a variety of polyester fills that simulate the qualities of down.
- Memory Foam Pillows: This dense, sponge-like material evenly distributes body weight, soothing pressure points and providing maximum support.
WHAT'S YOUR SLEEPING POSITION?

CHANGE YOUR PILLOWS?

Are your pillows flat or a bit deflated, or are feathers starting to poke through? They could be the reason for waking up with an achy neck or all that tossing and turning throughout the night. It may be time to get some new ones! Here are some ways you can check if your pillows are on their way out.
- Got a down feather pillow? Make sure to fluff every morning! It's a great way to keep it fresh after every use, and can help it stay feathery and light.
- Check for lumps, bumps or a permanent indent where you usually sleep. If no amount of fluffing can refresh it, you may want to toss it and get a new one.
- Try folding the pillow in half lengthwise and hold it there for about 30 seconds. When you let it go, does it spring back to a flat-laying position? If not, a replacement pillow may be in order.
- Don't remember how long you've had your pillow? It may be just plain old. Think about it, you sleep on it every night; it'll lose its original shape and firmness over time from regular wear and tear. Also, let's not forget the build-up of allergens and dust mites, too. Haven't spent too much on your pillow? It's a good idea to grab a new one every 6 months. Otherwise, try replacing it every 1.5 to 2 years, depending on how it feels.
HELPFUL HINT
Help prolong the life of your pillows with pillow protectors. They add an extra layer of casing to protect pillows from things like dust mites, bed bugs and more.
GIVE YOUR PILLOWS A REFRESH

You might be wondering how to wash or if you even can wash your pillows. First thing's first: check the attached care label to make sure that the fill (like down, down alternative, feather, memory foam, etc.) is a machine-washable material. If so, follow the instructions on how to wash and dry pillows the proper way.
