COUNTING THREADS
How soft are your sheets? Well, that depends on many things, like how many threads were used in the weaving process. The higher the thread count, the denser the weave of the material and the stronger it is. However, the highest thread count doesn't necessarily mean the softest or best sheets.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU WASH & CHANGE YOUR SHEETS?
We get it, the last thing you want to think about is laundry…but waiting too long between each time you wash your sheets and bedding can do you harm. Over time, dust, dander and allergens can build up, possibly causing allergies.
A good rule to stick by? Toss your sheets (and pillowcases) in the wash once a week. Make sure to check the washing instructions on the care label in order to keep their color and material looking fresh. The same rules apply: keep whites with whites and colors with colors, and save darker tones for their own load. Don't cram too many sheets into one wash though, they need enough room in the washing machine to get properly and thoroughly cleaned.

HOW TO FOLD A FITTED SHEET
Finished washing a load of bedding? Time to fold it up for storage. We're here to help with some fuss-free steps to folding a fitted sheet.
1. Start by holding up the top two corners with the elastic edge facing you and fold the sheet in half vertically.
2. With the sheet folded in half and the two corners in one hand, flip one corner over the other to create a pocket. If the edges of the sheet are gathered, tuck them in to each other, too. When you reach the other corner, tuck the corners together to create a pocket in the same way as the first.
3. Fold the sheet in half the other way, now with all four corners overlapping. Fold over the corners in the same direction, tucking them all into a single pocket. Make sure the edges are laying the same way, too.
4. Lay the sheet down flat and fold the gathered edge towards the center; this creates a straight edge. Then fold lengthwise in half, thirds or quarters, and you're done!
