Dimova Dining Chair

The chair is lovely! Although it is classified as a dining room chair, it is the perfect size as a bedroom chair in a room which can accommodate only a small chair. Veyy comfortable and elegant.

1 Star Macys Management 5 Star Chair

I would have been happy to pick these great chairs up, but Macy's only sells these chairs delivered - for an extra charge. The delivery was scheduled quickly and was on time, however the truck was loaded with one correct chair, a light fabric chair that matches our table and couch and a dark brown leather chair that we didn't want. The driver said he would get the correction paperwork turned in, and 3 days letter we are still waiting for an e-mail or call or text. Please call.

Korder Arm Swivel Chair

The swivel chairs are very comfortable, versatile and look upscale in our kitchen. They have added a dimension of easy living comfort to our life with the swivel feature. Truly a great purchase & delivery was reasonably short. Our only regret was that we did not purchase the table to match at the same time….. now out of stock.

terrible customer service

Bought 6 of these chairs. They delivered them curbside. Said if they took them inside it would be another $200. Less than a hour after they delivered them. My husband called customer service & told them one of the chairs had a broken caster. They told him that they would send someone out in 2 days to see if the chair was broken. As if we didn’t know if it was broken or not. Well on the day they were supposed to come out and check the chair nobody called or got in contact with us. So my husband had to call them. They had no record of an appointment. So now we have to wait another 5 days for them to see if it’s broken & then they will order a replacement. Terrible customer service! They should just replace the broken chair from the beginning! I will never purchase furniture from Macys again!!! The chairs are nice. Too bad the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!
