a very nice leather sofa. a bit smaller than the one it replaces. the leather is very nice. firm seats. Delivery from Macy's was top notch.

Sometimes things just aren't right. I ordered a couch and it was not the width that was specified on their website. Macy's bent over backwards to rectify the problem but it was just the wrong size. I will still do business with Macy's they were helpful every step of the way. I do hope they update their website to reflect the proper measurements for this particular couch. It was a nicely built couch other than it was the incorrect width. your knees will hang over the edge when laying down on your side.

Beautifully made leather chair. Very solid and comfortable. Sale price was good. Very contemporary in style and feel. Not clumsy like most leather chairs. Love the gray color. Delivery was outstanding!

We had been looking for a chair in the carmel color for over a year that would fit our specific area and when we saw this one on sale during Macy's Black Friday sale, we decided to order it and see if would work. We received it about two weeks later and are overall happy with it. The color is great and the size is perfect. It looks great with our Radley sectional. Our only issue is that the stitching is a bit crooked and the leather on one of the arms is a bit bunched/wrinkled looking while the leather on the rest of the chair is smooth. Maybe I'm nitpicking. I think I'd be more upset about these issues had we paid full price for the chair.
