Uncomfortable

Worst couch ever. Been buying Macy sofas for 40 years and this one is so uncomfortable. What a waste!!!! Will never buy a Macy’s sofa again. Looks nice but only if you don’t sit on it.

Worth every penny!

Lovely tan sofa. Very comfortable for seating. The back cushion is very soft. The seat cushion is more firm than the one in showroom, but it’s most likely due to the fact that it’s new and not used yet. I bought it on sale and am very pleased with it The delivery service from Macy’ s was impeccable, as always.

Comfortable and Easy to Clean

I have a 7, 10, and 72 year old. This couch is comfortable and easy to clean. With a wet rag, sticky stains come out easily. My elderly mom has accidents and they are easy to clean up. The couches don’t sink in as with the fabric cushions. I feel well supported due to the firmness. It took some getting used to because we only ever had cheap microfiber couches in the past, but the couch itself is buttery soft and holds its shape.

Perfect

I would give it even more stars if I could. this sofa looks so good in my house, a perfect fit. Comfortable and seems to be well made, very supportable cushion, Delivery was excellent and on time. There is nothing I can say about this whole experience that wasn`t great. It is hard to believe in these days you would get such good service.
