Dangerous Product Horrible Customer Service

I purchased this product a little over a year ago and it recently started smoking and caught fire, which was very dangerous! I shipped my faulty product back to the company and they lost my package and refused to give me a refund/replacement.

Huge,loyal fan

I have 2 of the yellow drybar dryers and this HOT SHOT and these products are beast. I've had the blow dryer for 7 years and the hot shot since it came out. I've tried other brushdryers and none smooth the cuticles and leave the shine like the hot shot. Now, they need to make a rotating dryer brush!

Beware! Dangerous!

I've had this blowdry brush for a little over a year. I was using it today when it started sparking and caught flames. Luckily, I quickly unplugged it and put the flame out. It could have been a much more dangerous situation.

I have thin, fine hair.

the EASY button!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tool so much. It is so much easier than using a blow dryer and brush. I have a friend who uses it but has thinner hair. I have a ton of hair and wasn’t sure it would work as quickly as my favorite Dry Bar blow dryer but it does. Wish I hadn’t waited.
