Firm like its said but seems shorter and narrower
Mattress seems to be quite a bit shorter & narrower (~1") than usual for a King and I am comparing with my old Serta King size. Hopefully it will stretch out a bit after being laid flat. Btw, it is NOT a mattress in a box type.

A garbage mattress from Macys
Its a garbage. you will have extreme difficulty to return and pay 200 dollar to return it. the mattress is not even a firm mattress.

Not firm at all. Not a true reflection of product. This is false advertising. Had to decline delivery. Extra firm should be Extra firm

Confused?
I am very confused about this mattress! I see reviews that say it's horrible! Some say it's the best for back support. Another person gushed about how great the sales person was without mentioning any thing about how the mattress was???? I don't understand how people can have such opposite opinions!
