Great for all dessert baking

I am amazed how everything from garlic bread, turnovers, and of course cookies are perfect with these pans. I would not recommend using them for anything greasy as a permanent film seems to attach but so easy to clean after cookies, desserts, and breads.

No dishwasher

These are well be made sturdy pans. Read the washing directions first. I had no idea they couldn’t be washed in the dishwasher! Before I even used them, they were completely discolored. You can’t undo it. Bummer…

Return hassle

I ordered and the wrong item was received. The return process was a hassle and I was asked to pay a $9.99 return fee. On a $37 purchase this made no sense and ticked me off. I will probably donate the wrong item to my church and ordered the right ones through Macy's to see if it is a systematic issue or just an unfortunate mistake.

Terrible

I put them in the dishwasher before I use them and they warped. Funny colors.. then I tried to use them in the oven and they buckled the first time

Heavy Weight Half Sheet Pans

I ordered an additional twin pack of Nordic Ware half sheet pans for holiday baking at my vacation house. They are wonderful - no warping, easy to clean, and balanced distribution of heat.
