Nice pan - well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels very durable and sturdy, like the materials used to make this item. Will follow-up with a secondary review once we started cooking with it, but everything fits together (rack + pan) nicely so far.

Sturdy and beautiful.

I purchased a piece of Zwilling cookware in the past and was very happy with the way the piece lasted wash after wash and after a lot of use. I needed a roasting pan and decided to take advantage of a sale and pick one up. The pan is VERY sturdy, almost heavy but in a good way. The surface to rest a turkey on is large enough to accommodate a 24 pound bird. Clean up is very easy too. I would not put this into the dishwasher or use any sharp utensils in it, it will ruin the pan. The quality was what I was after and I feel like I've gotten that by purchasing this piece. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few lower quality roasting pans and always labored to clean them up properly. I upgraded to this one and I'll never look back. The pan almost cleans itself with just the spray from a faucet - it's shockingly impressive. On top of that, the gaps in the grates are perfectly spaced - I've never tasted better roasted food.
