The 1qt size of this pot is just the right size for sauces or soups. Clear lid is helpful for monitoring food, and heat is evenly distributed. It fills in unmet size needs not generally covered with standard pot/pan sets.

This little pot is exactly what I was hoping to buy. It’s well made, as small as I needed it to make sauces. It’s beautiful!

Love this saucepan - super high quality and heats quickly & evenly on my electric stove.

Great saucepan

Works extremely well with our new induction cooktop. Excellent construction - heavy but not too heavy like cast iron so it’s ok to lift one-handed. We especially love the lid which is stainless rim and handle but glass mostly so you can see what’s happening inside.

Review of Zwilling 1 quart Spirit sauce pan

It’s just the right size for cooking small amounts and the curved edge pours easily. The surface is highly polished and is easy to clean.
