Excellent quality knives, good ergonomics-feel good and handle great! Solid and well balanced. Like that the bolster and that they are made in Germany.

I’m really disappointed. I bought this Henckels knife expecting high quality, but it started showing rust spots after just a short time. I always hand wash and dry my knives immediately, so this shouldn’t happen. Definitely not the quality I expected from this brand.

Consistent Quality

Always a quality knife. Got the 7-piece pro block set after owning a complete pro set for decades. The o my reason I take off a star is the size options - seems my go-to 6” chefs knife from almost 30 years ago just can’t be replicated. It’s perfection. While I like all the new ones I’ve invested in as well, they just don’t feel as comfortable - the handle is larger and shape is more awkward. Blades all feel a bit off too (I’ve literally tried all sizes and shapes over the years). This could just be habit and age, and a new user would never know what they’re missing because they are consistently satisfying products.

Would not recommend

The knives were ok but they fit into the block terribly. It looks like an amateur set. I returned it which ended up costing an additional amount. I would not recommend.
