Fantastic Knife

This is a fantastic knife. I never knew how bad my 15ish year old knife until I used this knife. I've never owned a knife this sharp. I'm very happy with this purchase.

A pleasure to slice with

Simply “Amazing”

Love this knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to upgrade my knifes from 25 years ago. I didn't like the weight or balance of my old Henckels and I was tired of using them. This is such an upgrade! For me the weight is lighter and fits my hand perfectly. It slices effortlessly be it veggies or thin slicing proteins for stir fry. love it.
