7 inch filet/deboning knife
I love the handle and the steel quality. It came super sharp and after processing about 200 lbs of beef so far, it remains super sharp. It's light, easy to hold and clean. Makes processing 100s of lbs of meat very easy. This knife is Excellent!

Amazing filet knife! Must have!
I can't say enough about this product!!! It's so incredibly sharp and bends super easy so filleting meats and fish are a breeze! Why pay for thin chicken cutlets when this gets them even thinner on your own! Highly recommend!

Sharp knife and works for all meats & fish
This is the 2nd purchase of this item. Initially, we purchased this for cleaning fish at the cottage but we've started to use this to cut other meats - whole pork roasts, salmon fillets from a wholesale store, etc. This has been our go to knife. I wish it came with a leather protector like the first knife did. Very sharp. If you are prone to cutting yourself, or nicking your hands with a knife purchase some bandages.

Great knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knife. I got tired of having to Teagarden my old knifes and them never staying sharp. This knife holds it edge and was well worth the money
