Poor Vacuum longevity

Will only hold a vacuum for less than 24 hours. Using different products from ground coffee to whole coffee beans doesn’t seem to matter. Other food stuff when refrigerated seems to last longer. I can understand that ground coffee might cause issues with the seal but there is no reason why the whole beans are losing their vacuum.

Fast and easy, freezer bags are great!

The bags are great, the seals on the glass containers pop open between 1-3 days after being sealed. Luckily I bought this system mostly to use the bags, and they have been excellent.

We are so happy to hear that our Fresh & Save bags are great for you, did you know that if you want to vacuum seal marinated foods in a bag, you can use our Liquid Barrier to prevent liquids from entering the pump during suction. The liquid barrier holds back the liquid for you. This gives you time to switch off the pump before sauces get too close to it. However, we are sorry to hear about your experience with your glass containers. We recommend wiping the rubber around the seal of the release valve inside and out and the surrounding lid and the containers rim before sealing to ensure the sealing area is dry and clean before trying to seal. Won't hold the vacuum

The large container does not hold the vacuum from the Starter Set.

Keep your foods fresh for WEEKS!

The vacuum starter set is awesome! So far have shredded cheese and I keep it in the vacuum bags and it is staying fresh a lot longer then just using a regular baggie.

Great Product

I've been using a food saver for many years and this set is better in almost every way. The bags are convenient for storing produce and cheese and even prepping for sous vide. Food stored in the glass containers stay fresher longer and no plastic! The pump itself is easy to use and is much quieter.

Simplicity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple to use. I bought two starter set one for my mom and a second for us. The glass is very sturdy. Even the lid is microwavable after releasing the vacuum. Items last much longer and other storage options.
