Works well and does what it should but the touch screen controls are not very sensitive making it difficult to start. For the price I wouldnt expect this issue

Bad quailty. Disappointed.
I bought the sous-vide stick when it was on sales. I was so excited to use it for cooking my favorite foods. The excitment and joy was cutr short after just few used. The unit did not power on with nothing on the touch pad at the top. I left the unit connecting to the power for a while then it started coming up that I could use it. It was being like this a couple time then the pattern changed. It powered up right the way but I kept beeping, and the settings kept jumping by itself.

Two strikes. I'm out.
I bought about a year ago. used it maybe 10 - 15 times and then it stopped working. Went in to the store to get a replacement on Christmas Eve. The unit the gave me.... doesn't work. Unbelievable. Scrambling to pivot on the Christmas menu. Too annoying for words. Maybe I'm just the unlucky one who got two lemons. In any event won't be going for a third. Would still use other Zwilling products but have zero trust in the Sous-vide stick at this point.

Electronics are subpar
I am so frustrated with the electronics from Zwilling. The blender is subpar, I love the sous vide when it was working, for about 6 uses. Pretty expensive to only get 6 uses. The suction bags don't last long and very hard to wash properly. We pay quality price we should get quality products. The knifes and scissors are awesome

Poorly designed - two units with the same issues
Two units with the same malfunction. I bought one and it didn’t work from the start. The numbers on the screen flicker and the unit wouldn’t start. I bought a second one thinking that the first one was a one-off defective unit. The second one had the same issue. I’ve now seen other posts with the same problem.

3 duds in a row. Glitches and doesn't do anything.
First one from the online store was a dud. Turned on and glitched. Wouldn't do anything. Second one from the store worked for 1 sous vide. When we went to use it again, it glitched like the first one. Third one from the store also glitched as soon as you plug it in. What are the chances of 3 dud in a row? Not a reliable product. Zwillings won't let me return. Hope the next one isn't a dud too.

I would if I could give it zero star
The product is defective. Everything seemed fine for the first few seconds, but the monitor started blinking and will kept reseting my setting then turned itself off. I would never expect something like this from Zwilling, absolutely waste of time and disappointed. I also needed to rush to buy another sour vide because I already had the meat prepped for sous vide.

Stopped working after a few uses
Used it maybe 3 times when it stopped working. Warranty was approved with a video showing the defective product but you're required to pay to ship the defective product back. It worked well when the product was still functional.
