Disappointing malfunction
Didn't last more than 18 months. Bottom half of bread on both sides are not toasting evenly with the top half. Not that good for such an expensive toaster. Disappointing.

Handsome Toaster
So far, so good. Toasts faster than our old one. Kinda bulky but good looking.

Great toaster!
Absolutely love this toaster. Both bread and bagels toast evenly. Easy to use and care for. Not heavy. And it looks good on my kitchen counter.

Read warranty carefully
Nice toaster but ours broke and as per warranty you need to pay to ship it to them and it takes months to get a new one sent to you. Not impressed given the cost of this toaster and poor warranty terms.

10/10
Would recommend 10/10. Was looking for a toaster not made in china and was pleasantly surprised to find out Zwilling is made in EMEA (seriously hard to find a toaster not made in China, shockingly).Was trying to find something with not much plastic in the exterior due to high heat coming with any toaster. With those prerequisites, this was the best option! So far so good and very satisfied with the purchase for the quality.

TERRIFIC TOASTER
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this toaster is terrific. It’s easy to set to your desired color & crispness, whether for bread or a bagel. Easy to clean because the crumb tray pops out when you touch it. And it looks great on our kitchen countertop alongside our “matching” stainless steel coffeemaker.

Stuck n bagel mode
Only toasts on one side. Stuck in bagel mode I think. Even tough we never used. That mode. It’s two weeks old

Money well spent
