Great Clippers...until the spring breaks

I absolutely love these clippers and even own two pairs. They are great...until the spring clip in the handle breaks, which happens and renders them unusable. I used to go to a Zwilling store where they'd happily replace them but then the store closed and it has become impossible to get replacements. I send a message to the company in Germany then called the company in the US. After some wrangling, the fellow agreed to send me a new spring, but it arrived and was too small and didn't allow the clippers to open fully enough to clip my nails. I'm really bummed because they are (or were) great clippers. But my two pairs are now unusable.

As a professional nail technician I've been through many different nail nippers, and these are outstanding. Use them for trimming cuticles on hands and feel, as well as hangnails. Never a problem, these have a nice sharp edge, and a comfortable, ergonomic grip. I sanitize them after each use, and the steel remains rust free and nice and shinny.
