hard to clean

haven't even used it yet. seems bulky and hard to clean.

Grilling is Great! Clean Up is even better!

Perfect countertop grill! And so EASY to clean! I have owned a similar grill but it did not have the drip tray underneath the grill and it was so cumbersome to clean up it kept me from using it. But this is simple. It would be great if Zojirushi would make a glass lid for it, and that is the ONLY improvement I can think of suggesting. Still, I am "FIVE STAR SATISFIED" with this purchase!

pretty good

Have used this twice now. First time there was very little smoke (grilling chicken kebabs on medium heat); second time there was a huge amount of smoke (grilling hamburgers on high). Smoke alarm went off the second time. Managed it with windows open and fans on. The chicken took a very long time to cook through on medium (35 mins). The hamburgers were done quick on high (10 minutes for well done). Clean up was fine. Grill is solidly made and preheats in about 6 or 7 minutes.

I like my new grill, the beef was evenly cooked. Easy to clean, while it’s still warm, wipe with paper towel then wash.
