Mostly a good product

I really love the natural slate and the water sound is perfect! But I had to send my first one back due to motor issues after only a week and a half! At first I was sent a replacement motor, but it was the wrong one! Customer service was excellent and the replacement was fast! My one issue with this fountain is the top doesn't seem to fit flush with the bottom and you have to wedge something on one corner to make it even! This rang true for both fountains. It needs to be level for the water to flow properly! So far my second one is working well and I hope for a long time of soothing sound!!!

Ironically not relaxing!!!

The fountain itself is nice when it works correctly. The platform that the waterfall sits on is uneven and if not careful on positioning it, water will splash out. Also, water will splash out if you don't set the pump on a really low setting. And by the way, the pump did not last more than 3 months! I thought this would be something I wouldn't have to worry about constantly, but every day I'm refilling it with water. It should only be losing water 2 ounces a week. I'm losing 8-16 ounces a day! I would avoid this if I were you! Nothing but headaches when it's supposed to be relaxing!

Water pump works but the light doesn’t light up…..Not worth returning and the water is nice.
