I love YSL make up and it usually doesn’t disappoint. However this formula of the matte stays very tacky after it’s applied and even after it drys. The previous matte formula was didn’t stay tacky at all. It stays on all day & night and doesn’t come off on anything, which is great! I hope the tackiness problem can get fixed because then it would be the perfect matte lip for ALL occasions!!!

Stays all day!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does not smudge at all! Once applied it is there to stay! The finish was beautiful, however i did put lip gloss over it on my wedding day just to enhance the color even more! When I first received this product it came in the most stunning bottle with the best applicator i’ve ever seen! so easy to use and the color is a buildable color for richer tones!

Surprised to like this so much! It lasts pretty well, it will need to be re applied and won’t last through a meal but the part i like is that it fades off evenly and doesn’t become crumbly or come off only in the center. Lightweight on lips

It’s okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pigmentation is great, packaging is nice, it smells good but the lip stain itself does not feel good once applied. I could feel bits and pieces (crumb like) on my lips. I applied it once with a moisturizer first and the other time bare and it didn’t make much of a difference.

Color/Shade
Nude Lavalliere is the perfect pink neutral and Mauve Captivation is a darker version and perfect neutral. The color last and the matte look is nice for having color without looking made-up. Sometimes I will add a gloss for moisture/shine.

Nice but not as pigmented as hoped
I miss the old formula of the tatouage lip! This new one is good, but a bit more slick and not as pigmented

So luxurious
