Very disappointing

I received it and the bed frame is missing tons of pieces all the zip ties and packaging is open inside the box and looked as if it was a return. Very upset I spent money on this for my son’s bedroom and it’s a waste. Now I have to take the time to return it and order something else. Very upset.
