UNFULFILLED FREE ITEM AS ADVERTISED!

Poor and unsatisfactory customer service in terms of fulfilling a free item (a missing travel bag) as advertised. The unavailability of such an item should have been declared before checkout and payment and not after the fact. All I received was there was no other way to rectify the issue except for a NO.
