Terrible Customer Service at Store Location

Tried on the dress and needed a different size. Requested assistance locating the size I needed but found the woman working in store to be anything but helpful! She simple said it was not available. Went home and ordered it myself. Will not visit the store again as the customer service was awful. I drove 2.5 hours to the store in Holyoke Massachusetts for this specific dress! I love the dress!

Loved everything about this dress , so much prettier in person ! It’s true to size , lined , great material with a little stretch , boning in the torso so it stays up being off the shoulder ❤️ Super happy with it and a great price 😁

Beautiful mother of the dress for wedding day

Beautiful dress! I am 5'2" and 120 pounds. The 4 fits perfect but must be hemmed. This is a heavy dress and certainly not for summer. It is very well-made with ribbing and lining. I'm going to wear it as mother of the groom for my son's wedding.!!

Very elegant dress.

Very elegant dress. I wore to a black tie wedding and received so many compliments. The fabric is heavy but not tight and hides all imperfections. The top has great support so no bra is needed. There is also boning in the upper waist area so the fit is perfect. The dress was a little long for me so I had to hem it. I am 5'6" and wearing 3 inch heels
