STAINED WITH INK AND WRONG SIZE

second time i bought them and for the SECOND TIME the shoes are stained with ink and ALSO I bought size 10 and they sent a 10 and a 10.5 LIKE WHAT??? I tried for the 2nd time to see if it was a mistake but it was just WORSE
