Rubber on heels came off 1st wear

The little rubber piece on the heel of both boots came off during the 1st time I wore them. I have never had that occur so I must have had a defective pair or they are made cheaply.

Don't do it! The heel taps fall off!

I purchase a pair of these adorable booties and tried them on in my carpeted bedroom, took 2 steps and the heel tap came off of then left shoe. I returned them and purchased another pair. I checked the heel taps to ensure that they were well crafted to the bootie. They felt fine. I packed them up to wear to a funeral and as soon as I got out of my car to go into the Chapel the tap was gone on the left shoe and I was mortified that I had to attend the funeral and burial (and speak at the services) with a problem show. Avoid this terribly made bootie and purchase something with better quality.

Heart Broken

:/ love the look but just as other reviews the heel cap broke after the 4th time I wore them. They are versatile and I hope Macys customer service can do something about it.

The heel caps broke on both shoes almost immediately when she wore them.

Worn once and heel already needs replaced

Not good quality at all. Wore them once and I already have to get the heel replaced! Should last more than one wear. Extremely disappointed.

Beautiful shoes, quality isn’t that great

I love these shoes very easy to walk in, down side the shoes got scruffed up after one night of wearing them.

I Loved the fit but had to return them because the tip of the heel came off on one boot ( came off after maybe 30 minutes of walking in them). I would buy them again and take the chance that that was a one time occurrence, since they were so cute and comfy. Very easy return.
