Not what I expected

I was so excited to get these boots cause I needed new ones and they were a good price, however, I was very disappointed when they arrived, the material it's made out of looks like something spilled on them, not as quality as I thought they would be. Maybe I'm just picky with material I don't know but I didn't like them.
