Excellent Knife

I have had to relearn my knife chopping and cutting skills as this knife is extremely sharp but well balanced. And my fingers and half empty bandaid box will attest!! Seriously, I can’t imagine anyone not loving this knife but understand it is very sharp!

Great knife

This is my second knife. My first served me well for 16 years. The handle chipped and Wusthof replaced it under the lifetime warranty. Great knife, great warranty, great company. Do not hesitate to get one. I definitely recommend it for its quality and warranty.
