Best set of knives

Feels balanced and is easy to handle. Sharp and precise edges. Very much worth the cost!

Amazing knives deserve a better block

The block is hideous and poorly constructed. The knives are wonderful but compared to other premium knives (e.g., Shun, Global), the block is just terrible. If you get these same knives with the “pick your own block” option it is more expensive as of March 2018 but the blocks are made of much better/prettier wood.
