Great materials, but terrible execution

I love that these knives are made from all stainless steel. The design is modern, and they look elegant. I also love the wood case they came in. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The handles are too slim, making them hard grip comfortably. I can imagine this being a problem especially for those with limited mobility or even average to bigger sized hands. Also, the serrations are quite blunt, and they don't cut meat too well. Unfortunately, we also can't return them because we didn't keep the packaging. I hope they can improve on the design in the future for better function.

Beautiful Knives

Wusthof has been my go to knives for a few years now. These fillet knives are beautiful, very functional and decorative on the table. As an added bonus the olive wood box for storage is a very nice feature.
