Macys Sent Damaged Product TWICE

This is a great game, and the design is wonderful. However, the game that I received was visibly damaged. I returned the game to a store and (because it was not available in-store) was given store credit to order another one online. When ordering it again, the website would not submit without me giving credit card information even though the store credit covered the entire amount. Then, my card was charged and the store credit was not used. The final straw is that I was sent THE EXACT SAME damaged game that I had returned. Please note that these two pictures were taken months apart. Macy's took the item that I returned for being damaged and put it back in stock to be sent to someone else. I am returning the game a second time, and I will purchase it somewhere else. I will not shop at Macy's again any time soon.
