Arrived Broken

It arrived with a broken and knotted chain and no tag. I submitted a return and they were very rude at the store, which isn't what I've come to expect after years of shopping at Macy's buying clothes, jewelry, and even furniture. My first disappointing purchase at Macy's and I definitely won't order jewelry here ever again.

Too tiny

It's much smaller than you think. I decided to buy it even though other reviews mentioned that it's small. I wanted small, but not this small. I was shocked when I saw it. I return it.

Finally! Found my Smiley Face Necklace :)

This is the absolute cutest Smiley Face Pendant ever! I liked it so much, I purchased another one for my Sister - she also LOVED it! Pros: Good quality pendant w/diamonds, Smiley Face is decent size. Cons: Chain is VERY delicate and is NOT as shown online as being an adjustable length chain. It can only be worn one length. Even though the chain could've been better, I am still giving it 5 stars for the pendant itself because it is sooooo cute :)
