precisely prefect and it worth to buy it

I got it for my mom’s birthday yesterday and she actually loved it and really she can’t stop looking at it and it looks like a beautiful piece of which it meant for every mom because they’re our favorite part of our hearts❤️ and they deserve it so much and actually a blessing to have this for my mom!!

Macys disappointing customer service

Due to Macys shipping department in capability to deliver to my address and after a YEAR of emailing because calling customer support is a joke they had they nerve to send me an email in response to my delivery not being delivered to “look in the bushes” what kind of customer support is that? I finally received two suit jackets that they refused to refund me a YEAR LATER! This was all my fault apparently so when my husband wanted to buy this jewelry set for our anniversary they DENIED my purchase because they had issues with my address, so I am no longer allowed to purchase online. Macys use to be an upscale store in every sense of the word customer service being highly regarded but sadly they have lost that. When a widely know place like MACYS starts to blame the customer for their own actions that is when they lose customers. They forget that customers are what keep them afloat. It’s such a shame because this is why customers are turning to other stores that uphold values like Supporting friendly customer service!

Not delivered

I didn’t receive a set. There is nothing to rate. Macy’s rejected refund. Hopefully after they will review our home camera video, money will be refunded
