completely disappointed with Macy's

I am completely disappointed with Macy's. The watch was a gift and surprise the battery is not working, for sure not the best service, I can understand is not a expensive watch, but at least to receive it with a battery working is the minimum you can expect. Now the person who got the watch need to find a place to replace the battery and I really hope that watch it's working...
