Defective on arrival

Broken out of package. Right side of bed did not heat regardless of which comptroller I used. When i filled out return slip and checked defective, an exchange was not offered. This is third brand of electric mattress pad i have used. None lasted more than 18 months.

Great but wouldn't choose it again

Works great and is comfortable under us. The only problem is that the control clicks loudly when you change the setting or turn it on/off. This is a problem as it wakes the other person.

Controller Problems

Worked good at first then after one week one controller didn’t work & then the following week the other side stopped working.

Woolrich heated mattress pad

The pad didn’t heat consistently across the entire area It got very hot in spots and not hot at all in others The kicker was I was extremely allergic to the fake wool so had to return

Woolrich heated mattress pad performs well

I love my heated mattress pad because i can change how hot it is depending on outdoor temperatures. I am able to fall asleep faster when my toes ate warm.
