Broken snap - can't return

I discovered as I was packing this coat for a trip one of the snaps was broken. Unfortunately it was just over a week past the return window. Otherwise I like the coat.

Nice but runs big

Love the material. It is light and prefect for Florida hot weather when it is rainy. It has a classy look so it is just what I wanted. I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs. I usually where a size Large however I had to down size to a small. So I had to send back the Large and Med. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars.
