Perfect mother of the groom dress for a fall event

What a stunning dress for my son’s wedding! I tend to be a little extra with my dress picks. So asked for my daughter’s help with this one. I knew I wanted a Mac Duggal. Every dress I looked at stopped me dead my tracks. Since the wedding isn’t overly fancy so to speak, I kept picking dresses that were beyond what would be expected. I wasn’t able to spend a lot of money, so checked the sale section and was unsure what to expect by going on without sizing. Y’all. She’s a beautiful dress and fits like it was made for me. Follow the measurements and you can’t go wrong. I’ll need to have the hem tailored and that’s it. I’m 143 pounds, 5’6” and a size 8 was perfection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful gown! I got the black, in a size 16. I fell that it’s borderline true to size. The top portion is a tiny bit big u der the arms and fits in the chest (size 40C/D), and large in the bottom. I am 5 9” & this was a little too long in the from when I wore 2.5” heels, so I 1) kicked it when I walked or 2) held it up since I didn’t have time to get it hemmed. Perfect for black tie wedding. Heavy, but not unbearable, zips up the back, no stretch, top arms and back area are semi sheer. The beadwork and sequins is beautiful.

This dress was a big hit

I absolutely loved this dress for my husband's company end of year celebration, the flow the movement, the drama! It was a big hit! I'm 5'4 and needed to get it hemmed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this dress and will be wearing it for my wedding in April. I’m 5’5” and will be taking an inch or so off. Size 18. It’s very well made! Like other reviews, it’s a bit heavy but it’s so worth it! It’s exactly what I was looking for.
