Will never order from Macys Marketplace again. I never received a delivery alert from this end user until after I complained that I never received the sweater. Then suddenly they were able to find the alert with a picture. If I received the alert the day of delivery I would have been able to intercept it before it was stolen off our stoop. Now I am out of the sweater and money. Their customer service was horrible. Pay attention to your purchases- I didn’t even realize that it was an item actually FROM Macy’s until too late.
