Nice length, fun, quality skirt

I really like this skirt, the length is perfect for being a minister at my church yet fun & unique. It seems to be well made, quality. There was a strong scent when I first opened it. I let it air out for a couple of days, then it was fine. It runs a little small, so I went a size up.
