Not What I Ordered

I ordered and purchased a pair of kelly green ladies ballet flats. What I received was a pair of black patent leather boots with three inch heals. ???!!!

Pretty but cheap materials

The shoes were pretty but the size was off, they were too large. Also the material was thin and the sole has no cushion to speak of.

Comfortable ballet flats

I purchased 2 colors and no regrets. This shoe is comfortable and goes great with my business casual attire for work. I do a lot of walking during the day so it's perfect for that.

Order Canceled

Can you tell me why my order was canceled? I've checked the macy's website and they are still being sold. I'd reorder them but they are $20 more than when I ordered them. Also, take them off the website when you run out. I ordered this pair and a different pair that were both canceled. I wasn't even notified. I checked the status of my order and found they were both canceled.

Disappointed

The shoes are very cute and stylish and I couldn't wait for them to arrive. I was very disappointed that they were extremely uncomfortable, especially around the toe area. I have very narrow feet so this actually surprised me.
