Zipper does not work

The zipper either gets stuck or comes apart in the middle but remains stuck at the neck ...

Heavy Coat

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this coat with no reviews but the price was very affordable so I purchased and with no regrets. It's extremely heavy and warm no need for additional layers. The length is long and close to my knees. I love the extra length cuff around the wrists, two front deep pockets at the bottom, the 2 waist buckles gives it a unique style along with the lower back snap buttons. Removable faux fur around the collar is a plus. Happy with my purchase. Go Macy's

Runs small

This coat is beautiful but it runs small. I am 5' 3" 125 lb. so I ordered my usual size M so I could wear a sweater underneath but it's too tight in the shoulders so I will be returning it. I would also prefer to be able to remove the hood and you can't on this coat. Too bad, this is the perfect weight, length and material for walking in the cold weather.
