DON’T BUY THESE SHOES!!! ZERO STARS

These shoes will stain your feet with black dye. I showed pictures to the store clerk of my stained feet and she was ready to give a credit even though I was 2 weeks past the return window because the shoes are useless. I hadn’t worn them before because I wanted them for an event I was attending. Can you imagine how I felt when someone pointed out that my feet were stained. But then she saw they’re from a third party vendor I was told by Macy’s that I would have to take it up with the third party vendor and hope I get a refund. That is poor customer service Macys should have a disclaimer on their website letting you know that your purchase is from a third party vendor and that they take no responsibility for any issues. MACYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
