Too heavy

True size but it was too heavy and thick. It doesn’t get too cold in SoCal so couldn’t keep it. I would recommend if you live in a super cold state.

Received a used coat

I received a used coat that looked very dirty. It not only had someone else's hair on it but also cat or dog fur and dirt. It was so disgusting that I immediately returned it. I packed it up and shipped it out on February 21st, and according to UPS tracking, they received the return on February 25th. However, I haven't received my refund yet. I would like to know why.

Once my arrived, I couldn't wait to try it on. It is a perfect fit. I bought it two sizes bigger than I would normally buy a coat.
