Caution

Bought these shoes too big the first time, returned them (since there was no option to exchange) and bought a smaller size. The first shoes came in about 2 weeks. I purchased the new size over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I love the look of the shoes but I feel like I got scammed? Be cautious with purchasing.

Heel broke

Unfortunately the third time I wore these boots the left heel broke. They’re so cute so I’m bummed.
