Women’s Gaia slide heels

Arrived with white spots all over both shoes as if a chemical had splashed on them. The box was intact. Didn’t realize when I bought them from Macys they were actually from third party seller.

Terrible!!

The silver pair that I purchased arrived damaged. There was spots all over them. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible craftsmanship

These were awefull. They were obviously not inspected. They were all messed up. Straight out of the box and they were missing silver. Don't buy them. Way over priced on sale.

Disappointed!

Very disappointing! The silver was exposed/rubbed off all over these shoes…even the heels. I was told that Macy’s used a 3rd party vendor. They should ditch this vendor and the buyer ought to be informed, prior to purchase, that they are buying from a 3rd party vendor. Couldn’t believe they would send something in that condition. How would something that defective be allowed to go out the door? It was a hassle returning. Will not buy from Macy’s online ever again.
