Not true to size, disappointing

Got this as an option for my 13 year old daughter. She has larger breasts for her age and struggles to find the right fit and texture. Knowing her bra size, I ordered the size that aligned, but even sized up based on other reviews. The bra was too small, the cups was small, and there was no padding at all for nipple coverage. Overall, this bra was a major disappointment and we'll be returning it. Plus, my daughter felt it looked like "something from the 1800s."
