Perfect for a Formal Event

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and fit. I wasn’t looking for sparkles but wanted something a little different and that is where the sleeves come in. I am 5ft 3 so it did need to be shortened.

This is a really special dress.

This dress is so gorgeous....the slim column structure is classic but the sleeves are such a fun and festive twist on the dress. The fabric is beautiful, the neckline is so flattering and the slim little high-waisted belt is also really a lovely detail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress is absolutely beautiful. The fabric is heavy enough to "smooth out" any little bumps or bulges but not heavy enough to make it hot or uncomfortable. The navy color is deep and rich, but doesn't lean toward black like some other navy's do. And ohhh, the sleeves! The perfect amount of "poof", and such a statement maker! I bought a 6. I am 5'4" tall, 135 lbs, and a 34DD cup size. It fit perfectly EXCEPT the shoulders absolutely would not stay. If I went smaller, it wouldn't zip. Having them slide off all evening would make me crazy:(. In addition, there are pads inside the bust that were awkwardly placed (at least on me) that made my chest look even larger than it is- and they cannot be removed without cutting the fabric. And those sleeves, although stunning, looked awkward on me with my shorter stature. I kind of felt like the sleeves were wearing me versus the other way around. I really REALLY love this dress, and I so wanted it to work for me! In my opinion, this beauty is best suited for someone taller, and perhaps not so curvy.

Beautiful but...

Fabric was beautiful but the neckline was way too large and would need major altering. Had to return.
