So Disappointed

I have three other Fossil Fiona crossbodies in different colors. I was so disappointed that this one is not the same quality at all... My other crossbodies are very well made from leather. This purse is made of a thin cheap looking material and there is not a signature Fossil key bob. It looks like an inferior knock off. I am returning it. :(

So disappointed

I got a different bag than pictured. There are no detachable hooks on the strap, the decorative gold key is missing, and the "leather" is different. I’m going to return it.

Beware the Bait and Switch

I got a completely different bag than pictured. There are no detachable hooks on the strap, the decorative gold key was missing, and the "leather" (if it really is) is very cheap looking and very thin. It is smaller than measured and my wallet barely fits inside. To add insult to injury, it was marked down to half price the day it arrived, and I would not even pay that much for what I got. It's going back. Give this one a miss.

missing key

what’s going on with macy’s packagers? this Fossil had no signature key. before my kipling backpack has no monkey toy and my calvin Klein 3pcs missed the credit card pouch. i think they should investigaters. they are stealing these mini pieces from their deliveries.

Buyer Beware

Same thing happened to me as previous reviewer — I received a bag with no key, and the strap permanently attached … not the swivel, clip type as shown in picture. I’ve had many Fossil bags over the years, and this is first time disappointed. Besides cheaper, incorrectly shown strap, the leather itself seemed cheaper, hard not soft as in the past. Couldn’t return fast enough. Disappointed in Fossil and in Macy’s for selling incorrectly described bag.
