MacDougal wrap embellished dress.

Ill fitting, poor quality and came with a security ribbon looped through the dress. Impossible to try on. If removed it is not supposed to be returned even though the tags were not cut and no damage to the dress. The embellished stones also dropped off the dress immediately. If worn to an event the dress would be shedding the dress embellishment throughout the event. Do not remove the security ribbon assuming it is part of the packaging. Do no remove looped ribbon through the dress. Fortunately, Macys accepted return because I had never experienced this before and didn’t understand it was not to be removed in order to be tried on.
