Size around my body is extremely small

I usually wear Cup C with babd size 36-38 and I bought 38C to make sure it fits me. This is more like 32C. Not even come together. I added an extension I had at home to keep it as I like the red color but I don’t like the sizing of it.

Packaging is AWFUL!!!

I have no idea why the employees at Macy’s insist on shoving one bra cup into the other and then mailing it in a flimsy plastic mailer. Every single bra I have ever ordered arrives damaged, including this one. Back to Macy’s it will go!
